What other professions have you tried?

Pr/advertising prior to insurance (corporate communications, pharmaceutical advertising etc)

Why did you choose insurance as your profession?

Family profession – parents owned a small wholesale brokerage operation focusing on professional liability, pollution and specialty lines.

Why did you choose Henriott?

Liked idea of an independent, non publicly-owned company – can focus on clients’ needs instead of public shareholders. Have worked for large publicly traded insurance brokers, and at the end of the day the mission was to grow the company’s value. I wanted to work with an organization where I can partner with clients and help them navigate their human capital and insurance/risk challenges in an open, transparent and unbiased manner.

Hometown/Where do you reside?

Noblesville indiana

What is your biggest pet peeve? Running late

What was your all-time best Halloween costume? Few good – have better ugly sweaters for Christmas

If you could splurge on one must-have item, what would it be? Late model bronco or land cruiser

If you could go back to any era, what would it be? 1980s – great music

Which superpower do you wish you had? Read minds

If you could close your eyes and be anywhere on earth when they opened, where would you be? Watercolor/seaside area in florida – we vacation there, recently was married there in May 2022.

What is your favorite TV/Movie? Nothing in particular but love bad science fiction movies

What is your favorite childhood meal? There was a pizza place called the paramount music palace in Indy – loved going as a kid.

Do you volunteer anywhere? If so, where and why? Was more involved in all pro dads when the kids were younger. Now looking to align with some others.

What was your best vacation? Had some goods ones – mostly with the kids prior to them growing up, as well as some of the ones my wife and I have taken. We generally travel during march madness, so its fun to get out and see different venues
